Coconut cookie dough bites

Sweets and treats don't have to be unhealthy. This delicious bites are super healthy and full of nutrients. They are packed with good fats. Healthy fats protect cellsĀ“ membrane, promote an optimum metabolism, hormonal balance and brain function. Perfect for a night sweet treat and a great option for the little ones. The nutrition and health of our family matter.

Ingredients pp:

  • 100gr desiccated shredded coconut

  • 50gr ground almond

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 tsp sugar free vanilla extract

  • Stevia/Honey/Other sweetener

  • Sugar free chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients together and blend with a food processor or blender.

  2. Start making small balls. Make sure you press thoroughly or the balls will fall apart. 

  3. Once the ball is consistent press a chocolate chip into the ball and reshape the ball. Another option is to make the ball with the chocolate chip inside from the start. This depends on if you want the chocolate chip to see from the outside or find it inside when you bite.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
